This Privacy Policy describes how Nextfyn ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Don't Touch The Color (the "Game") on Android.
By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game.
We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the Game.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your game progress (scores, coins, settings) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. Leaderboard data is stored on Firebase Firestore servers managed by Google.
If you uninstall the Game, locally stored data is deleted automatically. Leaderboard data on Firebase may be retained unless you request deletion.
The Game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The optional Google Sign-In feature requires users to have a valid Google account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Leaderboard data is stored on Google Firebase which employs industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
